Underdog Global Partners owns, operates, and advises sports teams. We transform undervalued sports franchises by bringing discipline, hands-on leadership, and respect for the bond between a club and its supporters. We provide integrated expertise across finance, sports management, media, real estate, and technology. We have three inter-related areas of focus: Sports Franchises We transform undervalued clubs into leaders on and off the pitch, improving their operations and growing their enterprise value. Real Estate We execute real estate projects, developments and transactions that deliver important revenue streams to, and enhance the enterprise value of, our sports franchises. Media We use media and IP to engage fans in new ways that increase the brand equity of our sports franchises around the world. Underpinning these core services is our advisory capability. Drawing on our firsthand experience of owning and operating clubs, we support major transactions where institutional capital needs deep operational expertise. Existing assets include international women’s soccer powerhouse Donna Roma (formerly Res Roma); Napoli Basketball, one of the most exciting ventures in global basketball; Canadian Premier League expansion franchise FC Supra, the first CPL team to be founded in the Province of Quebec; and historic Italian football club Campobasso FC, which under UGP ownership has been transformed from an amateur team into a highly valuable professional sports enterprise. In 2025, Campobasso became the only club in the world other than Wrexham to secure a major network television series, entitled “Running With the Wolves” airing on Disney and ESPN.
