About Unifocus

Unifocus is a workforce management solution for the hospitality industry. Our platform automates budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling processes, taking into account employee availability, overtime, and seniority to create compliant schedules that reduce costs. Through our platform, open shifts and schedule swaps can be easily managed, and tasks such as housekeeping, guest requests, and maintenance can be intelligently assigned to the appropriate staff. We also offer digital tipping and payroll integration, as well as system analytics and guest/staff survey tools to help hotels maintain high ratings and lower operational costs. Unifocus provides a seamless solution for daily hotel operations. Our client portfolio consists of some of the world’s most well-known brands including Hilton, Rosewood, Fairmont, Marriott, Shangri-La, Taj, Oberoi, Nobu, Standard, LVMH, Soho House, Universal Studios, and others in over 50 countries.
