About Union Bar & Grill

Union is a classic 'big city' restaurant with a Caribbean heart. It is the go-to gastro destination for foodies, romantics, families and deal-makers. Pull up a leather-buttoned stool at The Long Bar for cocktails, snacks and counter dining, or settle into a comfy velvet chair in the dining room for Angus steaks, Wagyu, fresh local fish, jet-fresh seafood, entrees and grills. Our food is classically modern and always rooted in showcasing the finest flavours. As well as the chic dining room you can also enjoy the patio terrace with waterfront vistas; perfect for gazing at the Caribbean star-lit sky.
