Established in 1995, Union Hospital is the first private hospital in New Territories East and is accredited by numerous local and international professional bodies. Union Hospital provides a comprehensive range of medical services, including family medicine, specialist out-patient clinics, surgery, medical imaging, in-patient hospital care and the first private 24-hour Emergency Medicine Centre in Hong Kong. To enhance community accessibility, Union Hospital’s service network has expanded across the New Territories and Kowloon, striving to create a comprehensive specialist medical hub. This network includes polyclinics in various districts and a number of specialist medical and day procedure centres in Tsim Sha Tsui, all equipped with advanced facilities to meet diverse healthcare needs. In 2025, the Hospital officially opened its new Extension Block to further enhance the patient experience with state-of-the-art facilities, including two floors of semi-private single rooms, a dedicated obstetrics and gynaecology floor, a laboratory and a hospital restaurant.
