Unique Support Hub [USH] is a dedicated nonprofit organisation providing support, guidance, and advocacy for migrants and, asylum seekers navigating life in the UK. With over 25 years of combined experience in community development across Ireland and the UK, we are passionate about fostering inclusion, equality, and opportunity for all. We achieve these through strategic actions of casework and outreach, events and award ceremonies and listening to our service users. Our mission is to empower individuals to articulate their needs, access their rights, and fulfil their responsibilities while building thriving, resilient communities. Our Services: Bridging the Gap, Building Futures: Information Provision - Guidance on UK immigration, asylum processes and support with changing circumstances and liaising with relevant partners and the Home Office. - We share essential resources and important links to help our community access essential services and support that are free of charge of charged minimally. Essential Service Provision - Expert-led workshops on employability, including enterprise start-up support and career guidance tailored to migrants’ needs and capability. - Events and workshops featuring special guest speakers to inspire and inform our community. - We provide casework that are essential and supports holistic approach to meeting needs of our service users Advocacy and Outreach - One-on-one casework to navigate challenges for new communities to the UK, incl refugees. - Articulating the voice of our community and contributing to relevant policy changes that benefit migrants and ethnic minorities. - Referrals and signposting to trusted partner organisations and local services. Community Engagement - We host special events, achievement awards and activities to foster belonging, connection, and cultural exchange. - Opportunities to volunteer & co-produce solutions that address their unique needs.
