If any of this resonates with you, you are not alone. Navigating neurological differences (ADHD, Autism, OCD, LD, among others) can be a difficult, lonely, frustrating and confusing path. Therapy with me provides a safe, understanding, and non-judgemental space to work through these challenges. Our practice aims to support and empower self-acceptance in those who are neurodivergent.
