To meet evolving needs we fund high-impact programs, coordinate partnerships, convene stakeholders, deliver direct services, engage volunteers, and use data to drive collective impact. Our efforts focus on four key areas: Youth Opportunity, Healthy Community, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency.
