About Universal Gas Distribution Company

Universal Gas Distribution Company (Private) Limited [UGDC] is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and licensed for "Sale of Natural Gas" by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority, Pakistan. The Company focuses on procurement of LNG/RLNG from certain International Producers / Traders of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) at specific points and eventual sales of natural gas to end consumers. As the Government of Pakistan, is devising plans to mitigate gas shortages to meet demands in all sectors of the economy, a project by UGDC has been envisaged, which, when implemented, will facilitate the government in over-coming the ever increasing ‘demand-supply’ gap.
