About Universal Valve Company Inc

At Universal Valve Company, Inc., quality is an integral part of every product and service we produce. It's been that way since we began in 1932. You see it in every one of our products for the petroleum dispensing industry, such as service station valves and fittings, manholes, environmental products, and above ground tank fittings. You see it in the ways we have adapted state-of-the-art information technology to provide you with new value added services. For example, Universal product data is now available worldwide, 24 hours a day, through our new Web Site. It is one of the most valuable information tools in the field because the Internet functions as an instant personal resource library of product knowledge for our customers. Plus, now you can improve your inventory control through use of the bar code we provide on our products. Every Universal product package that leaves our loading dock is labeled with UPC bar code that complies with PEI's industry standards. As we move into the future you can depend on continuing Universal Valve leadership in product improvement and new product development. For over 85 years, we've been at our industry's leading edge in meeting changing customer needs. Innovation, plus a steady track record of responding to our customers, form the foundation of our 85-year quality heritage. Behind this 85-year history of quality achievement stands the deep commitment of our people, people who know, understand, and care about your needs. At Universal, customer satisfaction isn't merely a slogan… it's our heritage. It's the goal of our every business relationship. It means Dependability. Availability. And always, Quality.
