Starting over 100 years ago from our humble beginnings as Newbury State Bank. University Lending Group continues that same tradition of customer service by being a full service mortgage bank. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive selection of competitively priced loan products to our customers through our loan production offices. Our products and services meet the needs of today's mortgage customers by providing a vast array of products not traditionally available to small community banks. Programs include Conventional, Jumbo, FHA loans, VA loans, 203K loans, Renovation Loans, One-Time Close Construction Loans, State-sponsored Housing Loans and USDA RD loans. The mortgage department is owned and managed by seasoned mortgage bankers with over 100 years of combined experience.
