About University Research Institute

The University Research Institute is a multi-university collaborative intent on bringing learnings for operations and project delivery to the world we live in. Our current emphasis focuses on healthcare and is concentrated on three key issues: 1. project definition that optimizes the building for the behaviors to be housed within. 2. project delivery that optimizes the outcome and minimizes waste. 3. sustained behaviors that capture value for owners and customers (patients) alike. (Value as defined by the patient, pulled to the patient in search of perfection). We intend to bring unparalleled learning to the industries we serve by accelerating learning - and coupling this with action, creating unique intersections between builders and operators - building those intersections as networks of commitments, keeping vision on the high level values of action - optimizing the whole; and continuously growing and improving deep collaboration between participants.
