About Unmasked Nutrition LLC

Unmasked Nutrition - founded by Samantha Berkowitz, MPH, RDN, LD - is a growing nutrition practice located in Asheville, NC. They are on a mission to provide nutrition counseling that is educational and individually effective. They believe that nutrition should be tailored to how each person’s brain works and that blanket statements about nutrition are often impractical for their clients. Their team works with adolescents, teens, and adults with eating disorders and/or general nutrition concerns for neurodivergent folks through a non-diet approach.
