About Uoma Mind

In a world where 1 in 13 people battle anxiety, Uoma offers a groundbreaking approach using the latest AI technology. At Uoma Mind Oy, we are revolutionizing the way individuals navigate their mental wellbeing by harnessing the power of storytelling and narrative therapy. Our mission is to make therapy more accessible, personalized, and engaging, helping people transform mental struggles into stories of growth and self-discovery. Uoma is an innovative digital platform that uses AI-driven conversations to provide on-demand therapeutic support. Through interactive dialogue and creative storytelling, our app helps users explore their identity, understand their emotions, and reframe challenges such as anxiety and stress into opportunities for personal development. With tools rooted in evidence-based psychology and designed for real-world application, Uoma is more than just an app—it’s a companion on the journey to better mental health. At our core, we believe that everyone has a unique story worth telling, and that mental health support should be as personal and private as the thoughts we carry. Uoma provides a safe, stigma-free space where users can articulate their struggles, track their growth, and rediscover their strengths—all through the power of narrative.
