About Upbeat Centre

Upbeat Recreation Centre is Nigeria's first purpose-built, community-based children, family, and group entertainment space that provides active, fitness and fun activities within a safe and controlled environment. Designed around the African culture of communality, and reimagining how fun can be infused into fitness and healthy living, Upbeat was established in 2017 and continues to welcome over 100,000 visitors per annum. The Centre, a delight for children who make up over 65% of visitors each year, features West Africa's first trampoline park. It houses several fun activities that reduce screen time and device addiction, providing a world class recreational environment that encourages the physical, mental and social development of children using sports and active fun. Upbeat Recreation Centre is driven by the core values of innovation, professional service and safety and is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 to ensure healthy lives and promote well being for all at all ages. These values and alignment have made us the choice partner and collaborator with leading organisations as well as sports and tourism brands including ShowMax, AfricaNXT, Africa Sports Tourism Week, The Nigerian Economic Summit and Nigeria Travel Week. At Upbeat, we believe that active and fit fun will improve the quality of life of our communities and directly impact the economic productivity of nations. So, have #fitfun and #StayUpbeat!
