About Uplift Training

Uplift Training is a workforce innovation company transforming how students and professionals prepare for the future of work. We specialize in immersive, hands-on training using virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver high-impact education in the skilled trades, STEM fields, and space exploration. Our flagship program, Starborn Academy, is the largest VR-based STEM education initiative in Utah—offering virtual astronaut training and career-connected learning to thousands of students. Through partnerships with schools, industry leaders, and community organizations, we design training solutions that bridge classroom learning with real-world application. At Uplift Training, we believe education should be accessible, engaging, and directly tied to opportunity. Whether it’s preparing learners for high-wage careers in electrical work or inspiring the next generation of space explorers, we’re building the tools and pathways to power the workforce of tomorrow.
