About upupdndn

Most AI fails because nobody gave it anything to work with. You asked ChatGPT to write a case study. It made up a client. You asked for a sales email. It sounded like a robot in a suit two sizes too big. That's not AI's fault. It doesn't know your business. Your company's real intelligence is trapped in scattered docs, senior employees' heads, and a Slack thread from 2019. We fix that. upupdndn builds the companyOS — a comprehensive capture of everything that makes your business unique: your voice, your positioning, your customers, your processes, the way your best people think. Then we deploy AI assistants trained on it. Not generic chatbots. Digital teammates who know your business cold and work like your best employees from day one. What we do: → Build your companyOS (your company's strategic DNA, codified) → Deploy custom AI assistants for your specific bottlenecks → Turn tribal knowledge into operating leverage Who we help: Growing businesses (50-200 people) where the knowledge is real but scattered. Professional services, retailers, SaaS companies — anyone whose secret sauce is what they know. Four weeks to working AI. Not four quarters. Founded by Joe Parrish, who spent 15 years building The Variable (AdAge Small Agency of the Year, 4x). Now helping companies stop wasting AI on guesswork.
