About UQ Ski and Snowsports Society

Our society is all about making memories and tearing up powder! We love hanging out with like-minded snow enthusiasts, and hosting a wide range of events over the year - including our ever-popular annual ski trip. Founded in 2019, our society is a student run organization which aims to give our members plenty of fond memories and connections through events and ski trips. You don’t have to be an experienced ski or snowboarder to be one of our crew, just someone who’s interested in snowsports and ready for a good time. Though our annual ski trip is certainly the most popular event we host, UQ Ski has plenty to offer in the off season too. From adventure activities such as ice skating, beach trips and Urban Extreme (faux skiing), to casual kick-ons such as pub crawls, house parties and picnics; our society does a little bit of everything. Join us now to claim membership prices on all our events and stay up to date with everything snowsports!
