About Urban Activation

With extensive industry experience, Urban Activation has worked with some of the world’s largest development companies to drive sales for some of Australia’s biggest projects, while returning strong investments for thousands of purchasers. A master agent, we work with developers to craft and execute effective market entry and exit strategies. Using our team’s knowledge of what attracts purchasers, we assess a project’s attributes holistically – such as product mix and resident amenity – and provide recommendations that we know will drive better sales results. Our marketing campaigns deliver strong returns by targeting the right buyers in Australia as well as offshore, using our exemplary wholesale network and on-ground specialist sales team. With a heritage in property management, we stay with a project post completion, maximising the return on our clients’ investments by constantly assessing the rental market conditions and pricing. We work on projects large and small, from iconic high rises to boutique townhouse and apartment developments. We believe in providing a flexible approach to ensure our clients – from developers to investors and wholesale agents – are protected from, and can capitalise on market forces.
