About Urban Collective NZ

The team at UrbanCo is renowned for bringing unique style, design and personality to the residential market and our goal is to make this our trademark. We have made a conscious decision to focus on boutique scale owner-occupier residences to stay more in touch with what a discerning homeowner is seeking and facilitating their needs. We are positioned to create sustainable / attainable, authentic projects with a distinct inner-urban feel providing a genuine alternative to traditional housing. Many homeowners choose apartments as the first choice of living for the convenience, cost, locality and low maintenance. Our mandate is to design spaces that improve living experiences and meet our clients needs.
