About Urban Innovation Lab

Urban Innovation Lab is an integrated consulting agency specializing in the urban, environment, health and infrastructure sector, with a unique blend of expertise across research, program management, and communications. We work at the intersection of evidence, strategy, and storytelling—helping organizations translate complex ideas into actionable programs and measurable impact. From designing large-scale studies to managing multi-city programs, and from shaping policy narratives to building patient-centered communication campaigns, we bring a holistic approach that bridges technical rigor with creative execution. Our client partnerships reflect this diversity and trust: ranging from global consulting firms like IPE Global and Ecorys, to development finance institutions such as GIZ and KfW Development Bank, to India’s leading CSR foundations like Tata Steel Foundation and HCL Foundation. We also collaborate with forward-looking corporates and institutions including Samhi Investment, Licious Foods, Recircle and CEPT Research and Development Foundation. At our core, we are driven by one mission: to design and deliver solutions that make cities healthier, communities stronger, and organizations future-ready.
