About Urban Reality Zanzibar

Urban Reality is a licensed real estate agency with permission to do business in Tanzania, Zanzibar, and Slovakia. It has been operating in Slovakia since 2016, in and around Bratislava. In Zanzibar and Tanzania, it started operating in Zanzibar in 2024. Urban Reality's vision is to bring a shopping experience to our clients and therefore we consider their trust as our biggest commitment. We do not adhere to the ossified simile of "our customer, our master", but the client is our partner whom we guide through the real estate business in a friendly yet professional manner. We have established working relationships with a comprehensive and trusted network of real estate agents, developers, lawyers, banks, architects, builders, and interior designers. We take business personally, so we make sure that our real estate agents use their name as a brand and build not only the reputation of the company but also their brand, which can propel them forward professionally and personally. Our team is at your service to make your dreams come alive!
