About Urbanpolis - Construções e Empreendimentos,Lda

Urbanpolis - Construções e Empreendimentos, Lda, was born in the seventies from the dream of a man, Horácio Arteiro Pontes. During these more than forty-five years of existence, and already in the third generation, the quality criteria, allied to the sense of responsibility and seriousness, with the permanent will to innovate, set us apart and brought us to the forefront of construction of all the type of buildings, with relevant experience in the housing market, easily verifiable by those who visit us. You can find out about our projects in the North of Portugal, more specifically in the municipalities of Póvoa de Varzim, Vila do Conde and Matosinhos. Through your dreams, we realize and execute projects anywhere in the world, with the Urbanpolis quality seal. We know that only with technical competence, seriousness and responsibility, we will be able to maintain our objectives and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.
