About UrthPact

THE PROBLEM: Single-use products that are only meant to be used for mere minutes shouldn’t exist for hundreds of years after they’re disposed of. Over 8 billion plastic straws ALONE litter beaches and coastlines and threaten wildlife. It’s time we took a stand against plastic and switched to a nature-friendly alternative. WHAT WE DO: UrthPact is a contract manufacturer that specializes in the molding and assembly of compostable products made from renewable, nature-based bioplastics. Some of our 100% compostable products include straws, water bottles, caps, and labels, cutlery and coffee related products, including our compostable one-way degassing valves called evalv®. We are proudly 100% Made in the USA, from our materials to our manufacturing. OUR SOLUTION: Our products will provide you and your customers with all of the convenience of single-use products without the environmental guilt. They’re certified to compost in industrial facilities in under 3 months and, in the case of our straws, in your backyard in under 6 months. We recognize the need for single-use products, and have learned how to create a world where consumption leaves no footprint. OUR RESULTS: Our goal is to help keep 25 BILLION pieces of plastic from reaching oceans and landfills. As of the start of April 2020, we’ve already reached the 5.7 billion pieces mark. We target our products toward brands and distributors who do not do their own manufacturing. We provide our products to these customers under their own private brand labels. HOW WE’LL HELP YOU: By providing our compostable products to your customers, you achieve sustainability initiatives internally, and support green initiatives worldwide. You can give your customers the satisfaction they expect at no extra cost to your company or the planet. Send us an inquiry to see how we can help you! → www.urthpact.com/contact/
