About US COLLECTIONS WEST, INC

We would like to introduce our company and our services to you. U.S. Collections West incorporates innovation and experience to produce the leading recovery percentiles for our customers. Our focus is making collections a priority for you. We have been in business for over 26 years, and we believe our insight gives us the ability to produce the kind of results our customers need to succeed. At U.S. Collections West, we know that service is important to you. That is why we keep your paper work to minimum and inform you at all times regarding the standing of your accounts. Our services are provided on a contingency basis so there are no upfront costs to you. We keep a percentage of what we are able to collect and we can show you how to defer most of the fees to your clients. You are guaranteed a higher rate of return because we aggressively process your accounts all the way through garnishments of wages. In addition, our highly trained support staff is readily available to answer your questions and assist you with the proper handling of your files.
