USSA is a not-for-profit, member-owned and operated Shippers Association formed in 1985 under the Shipping Act of 1984. We aggregate global container volumes of Members to leverage Ocean Carriers for rates and service. In addition to negotiating market-leading freight rates, we manage rates and contracts on a Web-accessed, real-time platform.
