About Utharakalam

Utharakalam: Amplifying subaltern voices, challenging narratives. We are a dynamic web portal formed by a collective of writers, activists, academics, and representatives from marginalized communities. Our platform disrupts established public discourse rooted in caste, class, gender, religion, and race. We shed light on the struggles of the marginalized, foster new political subjectivities, and promote a subaltern consciousness. Join us in reshaping narratives, driving social change, and creating an inclusive world. Together, we amplify the unheard and empower the marginalized.
