About VACCEB

For nearly three decades, Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay (VACCEB) has served as a trusted anchor for low-income Southeast Asian and immigrant families across the East Bay. We provide culturally responsive, community-centered services that advance food security, health access, education, and civic engagement for seniors and underserved families. Each year, VACCEB delivers: • 19,000+ nutritious meals • 28,000 grocery bags to seniors and families • 1,500+ hours of direct appointment support • ESL, digital literacy, and citizenship education for 200+ students • Bi-annual health fairs serving 500+ community members • Naturalization support for 100+ new U.S. citizens Beyond direct services, VACCEB actively engages in advocacy to protect funding for seniors and advance policies that strengthen immigrant and low-income communities. We believe that when families are supported today, they are positioned to thrive tomorrow. 📍 Serving the San Francisco East Bay 🤝 Partner with us | Support our mission | Join our team
