She holds professional engineer (PE) license in Puerto Rico and the State of Florida, where vagtec is also incorporated and authorized to conduct traffic engineering studies and minor highway design. We are associated with a network of professional transportation and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) engineers, all of whom hold advanced degrees from reputable universities in the US Mainland.
