About Valcarce Architects

Valcarce Architects is a design-led architecture studio founded and led by Alina Valcarce, creating distinctive, high-end developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam. The studio is driven by Alina’s vision of architecture as a balance between creativity, innovation, and human experience where every project is shaped by a strong narrative and a deep connection to nature. We specialise in luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, with a holistic approach that brings architecture, interiors, and landscape together into a single, cohesive vision. Each project is carefully crafted to create meaningful, lasting experiences. Our design language is defined by fluid forms, attention to detail, and a refined integration of nature and the built environment. We believe architecture should be timeless, functional, and emotionally engaging. With an international team and a fully integrated BIM-led workflow, we deliver projects from concept through to detailed design, maintaining a high level of creativity, and technical details at every stage. Our portfolio includes projects such as Cove Residences, Beach Walk, and Gaia – Luxury Habitat, reflecting our commitment to innovation and forward-thinking design. The studio has received international recognition, including Architecture Firm of the Year 2025 and Emerging Architecture Firm of the Year 2024 by Design Middle East, as well as Best Luxury Architecture Company of the Year by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
