About Valei

Valei is a private household staffing and operations company serving ultra-high-net-worth families. We act as Employer of Record for domestic staff and run homes with the rigor and standards of a five star luxury hotel. Families and their family offices get exceptional household support without carrying employment risk or managing staff day to day. What Valei provides: Employer of Record for household staff We employ private household staff on behalf of UHNW families. We handle payroll, benefits, tax filings, compliance and HR issues so family offices and principals do not have to act as the legal employer. Household operations and staffing structures We design and manage staffing plans for primary and secondary residences. From housekeepers and butlers to chefs and estate managers, our focus is the right people in the right roles, supported by clear systems. Luxury service standards and training Our background in five star hospitality shapes everything we do. We bring hotel-level service into private homes and reinforce it through training, coaching and our learning management system. Technology platform The Valei platform includes an AI Concierge, learning management system and client portal for reporting, task tracking and communication. This gives families and family offices quiet visibility into what is happening across their properties. Partnership with family offices We work as an extension of the family office. Our role is to reduce complexity, remove liability, and elevate the quality of life for the principal inside their private homes and personal spaces. Who we serve: UHNW families with high value homes Family offices responsible for household staffing and budgets Chiefs of staff and estate managers looking for stronger systems and support
