About Vali Cooper International

VCI, based in the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions, is built with top talent from the public and private sector and capable of providing a wide range of services to clients throughout the United States and internationally. Our primary services are program and project management, construction management, and architecture and engineering. Our defining characteristic is the proven talent of our professional staff and their exceptional track record of delivering capital improvement projects. We are industry leading experts in providing Owner’s Representative services for capital projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from pre-design through closeout and commissioning. We are also especially capable in innovative acquisition strategies such as CM@Risk, Integrated Design-Construct (IDc), and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for large public sector projects. Since our beginnings, our client base has grown to include the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the State of Louisiana, the Department of Veterans Affairs, local Parish governments, levee authorities, and a host of private sector clients that includes Bruce Power in Ontario Province, Canada. VCI is capable of tailoring our services to achieve our clients’ needs and meet the dynamics of ever-changing requirements. We recognize that our performance and success depends on the quality of our team. We invest in our people through continuing education, certification, and expanding on our already extensive base of experience. VCI’s senior staff has, in their collective experience, delivered some of the largest and most complex public sector capital projects in the nation—from flood damage risk reduction systems to hospitals, airports, and academic facilities.
