About Valiant Property Services

Valiant is an exterior property services company trusted by commercial and residential property managers across Calgary, Edmonton, and Dallas-Fort Worth. We handle the work that keeps buildings looking sharp and operating safely: window cleaning, pressure washing, eavestrough and gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, rope access, and standby rescue. From downtown high-rise towers to mid-rise complexes and multi-family residential portfolios, our crews show up on time, communicate clearly, and do the job right. Who We Serve Property managers, REITs, asset managers, facilities directors, and building owners who want one reliable vendor for exterior maintenance across their portfolio. What Sets Us Apart Rope access specialists with IRATA-trained technicians for high-rise work where swing stages and lifts can't reach. Full-portfolio coverage so you're not juggling five vendors. Fully insured, WCB-covered, and built around a safety-first culture. Modern scheduling, real-time communication, and transparent reporting. Established Canadian operations with active expansion into Texas. Our Values Everyone at Valiant operates under our N.O.B.L.E. values framework. It's the foundation of how we hire, train, and show up on your buildings.
