Vanguard Origin is a Web3 strategic advisory firm focused on ecosystem positioning, venture capital alignment, and institutional readiness. We help teams clarify where they belong, how their model fits within specific ecosystems, and how to approach foundations, grant programs, investors, and partners with coherence and discipline. Our work concentrates on three areas: OGStruct: ecosystem and grant readiness Preparation for foundation programs, grant positioning, and alignment with ecosystem expectations. GenesisLayer: narrative and market structuring Strategic positioning, capital preparation, and go-to-market foundations built on clarity rather than momentum. ChainCraft: engineering and delivery coordination Support across Web3 development, technical structuring, and execution with vetted partners.
