I work with senior and midlife leaders navigating sustained responsibility in complex environments. Most experienced leaders do not lack capability. They are operating at or beyond capacity. I support leaders to strengthen their ability to hold complexity and sustain performance without erosion of clarity, wellbeing or identity. My work integrates emotional, psychological and behaviour change theory with strategic leadership thinking. Coaching draws on positive psychology, adult development and adaptive leadership frameworks. Leadership style, individual dynamics and organisational context shape each engagement. The approach is tailored, not templated. I partner with leaders one to one and in triad arrangements with organisational sponsors where governance and measurable value are required. Engagements operate as a defined, case based series of sessions structured around agreed developmental and strategic objectives. Investment structures differ for privately funded individuals and organisational sponsors, reflecting additional governance and reporting requirements in corporate settings. I am an ICF Level 2 accredited professional coach. Vantage Proof Coaching operates as a sole trader practice led by me, with access to a network of ICF Level 2 accredited coaches where scale is required.
