About Vault PM

Vault Property Management has an experienced, mature team that is passionate about helping your investment grow. We are a boutique, independent property management team that has local offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. You only need one point of contact to rent out multiple properties. Many investors find renting their properties stressful as the real estate agencies they use let their inexperienced staff handle large rental portfolios. We are different. Firstly, all our team are property investors themselves so they understand what you need to maximise returns and minimise stress. Secondly, our team are very experienced in property management. It’s all we do and we’re good at it. We have strict tenant selection criteria. Rental arrears are chased. Entry and exit reports are clear and detailed. Repairs and maintenance are attended to. Property is a big investment. Let Vault help you with your property management.
