About VC Talent Lab

We set up VCTalentLab to put leadership development at the heart of the VC ecosystem. We are a trusted partner to global investment funds and we support founders to: - Scale their leadership capabilities to match the demands of a rapidly growing business - Maintain high performance and full engagement from leadership teams - Build thriving cultures and companies - Manage personalities, performance and conflict - Support stressed and stretched leadership teams Effective founder and scale-up coaching requires a different set of skills and language than traditional executive coaching. Our team is comprised of practitioners who combine high levels of coaching expertise with lived experience in the start-up, scale-up and investment worlds. We understand how founders and their stakeholders think and work with them in a way they understand and value. Our key programs include: - Founder Lab (leadership development intensive) - Founder Scale (leadership development program) - Team Scale (high-performance team development program) - Coach in Residence (for you and/or your leadership team) - Custom Programs (for team and/or individual development, training and support) If you would like to discuss your leadership challenges and aspirations call/SMS on 07764 577388 or 07739 509883 or email [email protected] “VCTL were recommended to us by Accel and we brought in coaching to help us as we scaled the business after our series B. Rachel is a trusted sounding board for me and my team, someone we talk to about personal or business issues right through to the challenge of hyperscaling the business. The impact of our work with Rachel/VC Talent Lab has been huge.” Stephen Murphy, Founder Genesis Global
