The role As a Customer Projects Specialist, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of customer‑initiated electricity and gas connection projects, from handover through to completion. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll work closely with residential, commercial and industrial customers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, expectations are well managed, and delivery aligns with Vector’s standards, regulatory obligations and agreed SLAs.
