About Vector Consulting Group

Vector is a Management Consulting firm that helps companies build unique supply chain, operations and customer management capabilities – critical factors to gain competitive advantage. We leverage the Theory of Constraints (TOC) solutions platform and thinking processes to do this for our clients. We are one of India’s fastest growing management consulting companies. We pioneered TOC solutions implementation in many sectors - Auto & Auto Components, Consumer Goods & Retail, Textiles & Garments, Equipment Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction, and Lifesciences. We have the highest number of success stories in TOC consulting in India. APICS magazine - award-winning publication of APICS (professional association for supply chain management) featured our case studies, highlighting our innovative ideas and real-world strategies for supply chain, operations and sales process management. Top ranked global universities such as the Ohio State University and the Universities of Louisville and Georgia have conducted independent research on our success in TOC projects. Our clients too have been feted with awards. The Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) has felicitated many of our clients (Fleetguard Filters [2009, 2016], Godrej Security Solutions [2014], Bajaj Electricals [2017, 2019]) with awards for "TOC Excellence" to honour their brilliant performance. We have also won the Association of Management Consulting Firms’ (New York) Global Spotlight awards for value and excellence in consulting in Operations Category for Pratibha Syntex Ltd. (2016), and in Supply Chain Management Category (2014, 2015, 2016) for our work with Godrej Security Solutions, Kirloskar Oil Engines and Godrej Material Handling Division. The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Association for Supply Chain Management (of APICS) have also awarded our transformative work with Schneider Electric, R&D (2018) and Bajaj Electricals Limited (2019)
