About VectorLink
VectorLink is the operations intelligence platform built exclusively for airport shuttle operations. The platform transforms existing GPS, telematics, and sensor data into real-time operational visibility — headway analytics, fleet dispatch, ridership intelligence, maintenance tracking, and passenger-facing ETAs — without requiring new hardware. Airport shuttle operations are fundamentally different from public transit or trucking. Demand is flight-driven and surge-based. Routes are short loops between terminals, rental car centers, and parking facilities. Performance is measured in curb dwell time and terminal-to-terminal intervals, not schedule adherence on published timetables. VectorLink was designed for this environment from the ground up — not adapted from another industry. The platform serves every stakeholder involved in shuttle operations through a single, connected system with role-based views: dispatchers, operations managers, airport authority stakeholders, maintenance teams, and passengers. When fleet operations, maintenance, workforce, and ridership data live in one platform, cross-domain patterns emerge that fragmented tools cannot reveal. VectorLink is hardware-agnostic, integrating with telematics providers including Motive, Lytx, Samsara, Passio, ETA SPOT, and others. Deployments are modular and offered à la carte — airports adopt the capabilities they need without replacing solutions that already work. Every deployment is a managed partnership, configured for the specific routes, zones, KPIs, and reporting cadences of each operation.
