Venture Citi is an SME support firm dedicated to strengthening the financial management capacity of small and growing businesses across East Africa. Many entrepreneurs operate viable businesses but lack the structured financial systems needed to manage growth, meet compliance requirements, and access financing. Venture Citi works to close this gap by helping SMEs adopt practical financial management practices and digital tools that improve decision-making and operational discipline. Our model combines training, systems implementation, and ongoing advisory support to ensure entrepreneurs not only learn financial concepts but also apply them within their businesses. We partner with development organizations, incubators, financial institutions, and business associations to deliver programs that equip entrepreneurs with the tools and capabilities needed to run sustainable businesses.
