About Venturis Consulting Group

Venturis Consulting Group is a leading strategy consulting firm entirely dedicated to the legal sector. With operations in Europe, US and LATAM we act as law firms’ trusted advisors in the design, facilitation and execution of complex strategic/organizational projects across the globe. For over 15 years we have been working with the senior management of sophisticated law firms to respond to changing markets, achieve superior performance and establish powerful positioning. Our advice and research-based insights have been tested and shaped through the direct experience of our partners in driving strategic, high-impact ‘bet-the-firm’ transformation processes. All our partners and consultants have advised and/or worked in leading global law firms in leadership positions and most of them are active in the academic world and are alumni of the world’s top strategy consultancies and business management schools. Our services are organized into five practice groups: Strategy, Profict & Practice Management, People & Operational Excellence, Strategic Business Development and Strategy Execution. ‘’Our broad skill sets, our experience and a proven track-record allow us to assemble the most suitable team to meet clients’ specific needs’’.
