About Venturous Counselling & Consulting

Venturous Counselling and Consulting is an online, multidisciplinary, and evidence-based counselling practice for holistic wellness. Believing in the mind-body-community connection, we pride ourselves on offering services beyond the talk: EMDR, art, movement and breathwork practices are incorporated alongside traditional counselling services to help you embrace your resilience and embody your best self. If you are a business, practitioner, or student looking to engage in a collaborative dialogue that centers on socially-responsible and ethically-sound practices, we also offer clinical supervision and consulting services to further support building sustainable and ethical communities.
