About Veracity Compliance

Veracity Compliance is a construction workforce compliance and risk-mitigation firm supporting public works and renewable energy projects. We help developers, EPCs, prime contractors, subcontractors, and public agencies protect projects from prevailing wage, apprenticeship, audit, and funding exposure. Veracity can be engaged at any stage from pre-bid, construction, audit review, to closeout. Our work focuses on prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll, apprenticeship utilization, and workforce documentation. Many projects come to us when records cannot support compliance, payments are at risk, or a funding or tax-credit review is approaching. We review workforce documentation, identify deficiencies, and help teams correct issues so records can withstand review by awarding agencies, auditors, and tax-credit examiners. Veracity is not a payroll processor or third-party monitor. Our role is project protection to ensure workforce compliance documentation is clear, complete, and defensible so projects can receive payment, maintain funding eligibility, and achieve final acceptance.
