About Verbrio

Invoices in your inbox. Delivery notes in a drawer. Compliance docs split across three folders. It works fine, until the day you actually need something. Verbrio is an AI-powered document platform for Dutch SMEs who are tired of admin chaos, but also cannot afford mistakes when an audit shows up. We started with one very specific problem. Refurbished device traders dealing with Thuiskopieheffing. Complex rules. Real penalties when you get it wrong. So we built Verbrio. It ingests documents from the places they already live - scans, photos, uploads. It recognises what they are, then renames, tags, and organises them automatically. So you can find things fast, and you know where you stand. What makes Verbrio different: - Built for European regulations from day one - Your data stays yours, no American cloud, no vague terms - Built by founders who take audit risk seriously, and built for it from day one We're based in Overijssel and work from the Novel-T network. Small team, sharp focus. Verbrio is not here to tell you your administration should be perfect. We just make it organised enough to run your business, and solid enough to sleep at night.
