About Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical Services

In a field that's been around a long time, Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services are doing things differently. And it's changing the game for skilled tradespeople and the customers they serve. By offering vetted tradespeople the benefits of ownership, Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical ensure the people responding to customers' calls care like an owner. The adage about working smarter, not harder, comes to mind. Co-owner Jake Gibson explains the new business model, "Just because we've always done it that way doesn't mean you can't innovate and improve. Let's use tech. Let's have as little overhead as possible. Let's help each team member be their best, and everybody supports everybody, so it's an enjoyable place to work, and everyone can make money like they're the owner." The HVAC company is Phyxter approved and follows the business model of Phyxter Home Services, a tech-driven collaborative for independent contractors. In part, it allows tradespeople to choose the type of jobs they want and puts their work schedules into their own hands. se you're an owner, have your teammates, get paid better, and make decisions about the type of work you do." Ultimately for customers, it means the person in your home will be happier in their career and care for and conduct themselves like an owner. The desirable lifestyle of evenings and weekends off means no after-hours emergency calls. However, stressful and costly emergencies aren't what customers want either. Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical focuses on professional maintenance and service to avoid them for both sides. For tradespeople making the switch, enjoyment on the job is often a deciding factor. In particular, some independent contractors miss the camaraderie and support when they go out independently. So the opportunity to have that and still gain the perks of ownership is the best of both worlds.
