About Versorium Energy Ltd.

Versorium is a privately held power generation company based in Calgary, Alberta. Versorium develops and operates flexible generation and energy storage solutions that support the evolving needs of electricity systems across Canada. This approach is referred to as Smart Energy: power infrastructure designed to respond quickly to changing system conditions and deliver reliable capacity when it is needed most. As electricity demand grows and electricity systems integrate increasing amounts of intermittent renewable generation, flexible and dispatchable power resources play an increasingly important role in maintaining grid reliability. Versorium develops projects designed to provide responsive capacity that supports stable, resilient electricity systems. The work we do is guided by a strong commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and the people and communities where our projects are located throughout the development, construction, operation, and reclamation phases.
