About Vertex People Solutions

At Vertex People Solutions, we specialize in recruiting and business development for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industries. We understand the language of drawings, deadlines, punch lists, RFPs, and project turnover. We know the difference between a CAD tech and a BIM lead, and we know how to find both. Whether you’re hiring your first business developer or scaling up for a new contract, we work as an extension of your team to recruit the right people with the right experience, aligned to your values, brand, and culture.
