Vertex Ventures is a venture capital firm backed by Temasek Holdings of Singapore. Headquartered in Singapore, it has independently operated fund teams in venture-active regions including China, the United States, Japan, Israel, Southeast Asia and India. Vertex China, launched its early-stage venture capital business in China in 2009. It currently has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Singapore, managing several US dollar and RMB funds with a combined AUM of approximately RMB 20 billion. Members of its founding team have worked together for over 15 years.
