About Vestara // Impact Collective

We’re not asking for change. We are the change. Vestara // Impact Collective is flipping the script on money, power, and equity. We’re a movement, not a moment, ten bold ventures under one banner dismantling outdated financial systems and rebuilding them for women, youth, and communities that have been left out and left behind. Our flywheel is simple but unstoppable: • Solaira brings real money skills into schools with curriculum, apps, and gamified learning that actually make sense. • Aphyra opens doors for formerly incarcerated women with education, workforce training, and pathways to rebuild. Surviving is brilliance — brilliance deserves a future. • Equira mobilizes capital with sustainable investment tools and group investing models that put equity in motion. • Oshira arms employees and HR leaders with the tools to fight for pay equity and win. • Kireya and Tavari help founders go from kitchen table to boardroom, with capital that isn’t controlled by “bros with spreadsheets.” • Revana is rewriting money stories — no shame, no blame, just power. • Zawati Centers and Seyara are where communities repair, rise, and reclaim: childcare, GED completion, trade skills, shelters, and the fight against gentrification. • Justara pushes justice into policy and boardrooms, ensuring clowns get no seat at the table. Every piece feeds the next. That’s the flywheel. When women have the tools, communities thrive. When communities thrive, capital shifts. And when capital shifts, whole systems fall in line. We’re fueled by grit, sass, and a refusal to play small. We bring Wall Street rigor, Main Street common sense, and a whole lot of community fire. Vestara isn’t charity. It isn’t a think tank. It’s a movement with teeth - building equity, wealth, and power in ways that last for generations. Join us. Partner with us. Invest in us. Or get out of the way.
