About Veterans Housing Scotland

𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬' 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 650 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐯𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝. Since 1915, we have helped veterans and their families, and we are incredibly proud of our history and the service we have provided to those who have served their country and then needed our support. We are equally excited about our future and how we as a charity will continue to work with and support members of the Veterans Housing Scotland family through the highest standards of service in a bespoke housing and tenancy sustainment network which is the envy of veterans' communities throughout the world. Most veterans transition from military service without additional support, but for some, assistance to help them sustain their tenancy is crucial to their continued well-being. We help by providing a roof over their heads from which they can make a successful transition to a new career. It should never be a dream for those who have served their country to access appropriate, affordable housing. We help veterans lead independent, healthy, and active lives in a safe and secure environment while remaining physically and digitally connected to the veterans’ support network throughout Scotland.
